MoreThanDigital Publication Services Terms Addendum

These additional terms apply to your access and use of any publication services offered by MoreThanDigital or its websites, platforms and applications (“MoreThanDigital”). This includes submitting or publishing any articles, comments, reviews, content or media in a contributor role (“Publication Services”).

These Publication Terms supplement and are incorporated into MoreThanDigital’s main Standard Terms of Service (“Main Terms”).

1. Copyright

By publishing any content or media with MoreThanDigital, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish, display, distribute, modify or otherwise use that content on MoreThanDigital platforms and services. You retain ownership of the content itself. This facilitates our license to publish.

2. Duplicate Content

You agree not to republish content submitted to MoreThanDigital on other sites or platforms without permission, to avoid search engine penalties. Please contact us to request republication on additional sites.

3. Content Licensing

By submitting any text, images, audio, video or other media (“User Content”) for Publication Services, you grant MoreThanDigital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sublicense or otherwise use the User Content on MoreThanDigital websites, platforms, and apps. This is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant you have all necessary rights for your User Content and it does not violate any third party rights. You are solely responsible for the User Content.

4. Role Applications

Users may apply for content roles like Author, Reviewer or Proofreader. MoreThanDigital reserves the right to approve/deny applications at our sole discretion. We may revoke any granted publishing access or role for violations of these Terms or our content policies.

5. No Compensation Guarantee

MoreThanDigital makes no guarantee of compensation for any Publication Services or User Content. Any compensation is at our sole discretion.

6. Priority

If any conflict between these Publication Terms and the Main Terms, these Publication Terms govern for Publication Services.
